We are getting ready for our spring trip to Greece and Prague. We leave on March 12 and arrive in Athens on March 13. We will be in Greece for three weeks and then one week in Prague. We return to Toronto on April 10 just in time for the Blue Jays opener on April 11!

After a week exploring Athens, we head to Hydra for two days. Hydra is a small island with no cars!

Then three nights in Nafplio, the first capital of Greece (1823-34) after Independence and a major port since the Bronze Age. Nafplio is on the Peloponnese. We head back to Athens for two days and then onto Mykonos and Santorini.

On April 3, we fly to Prague for our last week of holidays.

For those of you that have been following our travel blogs, you will know that Allan usually takes a new name. He has decided to be Alain this trip finding a Greek or Czech name was going to be a challenge.
We look forward to you joining us on our journey. Our first posting from Athens will most likely be on Tuesday March 14!!
Actually the Czech equivalent to Allan is Alan. Since the meaning of the name Allan is harmony, stone, or noble as well as fair, handsome, the Greek equivalent might be Evgenis (Noble) or it could be Allan. ��
